Dreams and the Hope that Miracles happen……

Review :

This is a story of Tanya, a girl who loves to be in a fairy world. She has an imaginary character “Mihir” in her mind all the time, so she wrote a novel using mihir as the character, a novel in which there are two lovers who are from different community but still united by their souls, lovers who have wide age gap still so close to each other like they are meant for each other. This Story doesn’t have many twist and turns but there are some which will makes this book different from others, I didn’t expected the climax like the author wrote, and yes the book is different and unique indeed.
This a cute love story, will make you excited and thrill at times. Being a male element of the world, initially I didn’t found the book interesting as fairy tale type stuff started this book, but after flipping some more pages, my interest kept growing and book started being a tight grip to me. The book is good and will make you read without much breaks, as author knows how to kept reader busy till the book is finished.

Positives :

1. Language is good and easy.
2. Narrating style is also good and smooth.
3. Bold writing is strength of writers, the author used the words beautifully.

Negatives :

1. Some logical mistakes are there.
2. Story is not very deep, some charters should be used less, and some more at places.
3. Some things are not easily believable as author wrote in the novel.
4. Story went on very fast, initial phase of the book should be less, as it made the remaining part short.

Rating : 3.5/5

It is easy to fight with others, with world, but it is scary when you fight with your own soul, with your own mind.
Must read this book, this book belongs to everyone somehow…

BOOK REVIEW : IT DOESN’T HURT TO BE NICE

Author : Alisha Sethi
Publisher: Srishti Publications
Cover Design by : Pinaki De
No. Of Pages : 130
Genre : Fiction

About the book :

Kiara is a dynamic, thirty-something girl who has reached great heights professionally, and is the apple of the eye for almost everyone who knows her. But She never took any short cuts to become happier, wiser, healthier and more compassionate.
She had to find rays of hope where the dark tunnel seemed unending, and identify shade in life’s burning path. She found little pearls of wisdom in chasing her dreams, in spreading laughter, in learning from scriptures and Philosophers, and even at one point in almost ending her life.
More than kiara’s  story and the wisdom she achieves through the various dramatic and hilarious experiences, the book is a motion picture with you in the lead role. You as the ‘hero’ who can beat the most stubborn of villains – most of which lie deep within us….our fear, kindness, selfish interests, negative thoughts and jealousy. You as the ‘heroine’ who is a sharp and witty in talking, selfless and caring in love, and charming and beautiful inside out, like none other (
Perhaps a 2.0 version of you).

Review :

The book is about a girl named kiara, who is a ordinary girl but after she didn’t remained ordinary anymore, when she get familiar wit the truths of life. Fear was not her soul’s property anymore when she lost the fear of death during his journey named “life”.
We all have met these tactics to tackle with these ill characters like hatred, fear, insecurity, jealously etc. , but we have forgotten these today, that’s why are facing so many problems today, but the author made me remember those tactics through sacred slhokas of ‘Bhagvad Gita’ and ‘Upanishads’.
The Author has done a wonderful job by narrating her story influenced with these sacred verses.
It was a indeed good read, and this book is not a one time read, it should be read so many times, if you are really looking forward to learn some actual good things to change your life positively.

Positives :

The book is not unnecessarily lengthy.
Language is easy and can be understood by all easily almost.

Negatives :

It could have been better if some more examples were there to understand the beauty of sholkas.

BOOK REVIEW : ANYTHING TO LOOK HOT

Author : Jas Kohli
Publisher : Srishti Publishers & Distributors
Cover Design by: Wasim Helal
Genre : Fiction
No. of Pages : 196

About the book :

This is just one of the many odd situations which plastic surgeon Dr. Drhuv faces in Mumbai. He has dealt with tyrannical bosses and finicky patients while undergoing his training, during which he has also won over a stunning doctor as his life partner. But satisfying the movie stars is a different ball game, because every girl wishes to have bee-stung lips, and every guy wants to flaunt a six-pack abdomen without working too hard. And all this while, he has to resist losing his balance over his ravishing female clients.
Dr. Drhuv’s journey surpasses even a masala movie for humour, drama and action. In debunking many a myth about cosmetic surgeries, the book will enthrall those who can do ANYTHING TO LOOK HOT.

Review :

Sub title of the book is candid confession of a plastic surgeon, and it suits exactly with the book. In this book the author has confessed his secrets which may remained secret, if this book was not written. This book will keep you engaged to find more about life of a plastic surgeon. It is not exactly a love story nor just a story about the author’s life. The book is about the experiences of a plastic surgeon.
Author has maintained a good story line throughout the book, which makes this book quite interesting to a reader. The book is about the ups and downs which a plastic surgeon faces during his medical carrier. This book is such a good experiment by the author and the publisher as book has written with some unique concept which is very rare in Indian writing industry. I would like to recommend this book to all those who are looking for some new and fresh writing.

Positives :

This book is a quite engaging read, which we expect from a good novel.

Negatives :

Indian writing is known for comic humour, humour which will not make you burst in laughter but will keep a smile on your face throughout reading, I missed that kind of humour except at very rare incidents in the book.
